REQUIRED: Once purchased, you will need to call or text (303) 790-8446 to arrange your appointment. For new patients, blood work will be required at an additional cost that can range from $79 - $399 depending on what hormones and conditions need to be evaluated. This will be determined between you and the practitioner during your appointment. For returning patients, blood work needs to be reevaluated regularly and follow-up labs may be ordered as needed. Additionally, there is an exam fee of $149 for your first exam. And pellet insertion fee of $149, or $99 if you purchase at the same time as your BHRT Pellets online.
