Return & Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you are a new client with Thrive Health Solutions, an in-clinic exam is required ($150); please click here to add the exam fee when you check out. Exams are required every twelve months to renew prescriptions prior to the shipping or pick-up of any products. Recheck exams are $99. A 20% handling fee will be assessed for any cancellation requests.
All purchases of Thrive Health Solutions products & treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, they cannot be used for another patient. Our company’s regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of products and/or treatment for refunds, even if it is unused. A 20% handling fee will be assessed for any cancellation requests.
