1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping ONLY:

- USPS Priority Express (Non-Refrigerated, 1-3 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Express (REFRIGERATED-Denver Metro ONLY, 1-2 Business Days)
- Fed-Ex (REFRIGERATED BOX-Out of Denver Metro/State, Overnight)
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within one business day(s), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. SPECIAL PACKAGING FOR SENSITIVE MEDICATIONS
We package medications that require it in temperature-protective cooler packs with frozen gel packs to ensure that the medications stay within a safe temperature range — even if the package is sitting outside for several hours after delivery.
The type of packaging and method of shipping that is used is based on the specific temperature conditions at the time of shipping and destination temperatures. Therefore, the packaging materials may be different based on the temperature on the day the package is shipped.
As an additional precautionary measure, all temperature-sensitive medicines are shipped next-day or second-day service. We always send our patients shipping notifications and tracking information for deliveries. That said, not all medications require special refrigerated packaging. We rely on definitions, standards, and guidelines published in the United States Pharmacopeia to determine if a medication will require temperature-controlled packaging based on the range of safe temperatures the medication can endure and the current temperature and weather patterns on the delivery route.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. All purchases of Thrive Health Solutions products & treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, they cannot be used for another patient. Our company’s regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of products and/or treatment for refunds, even if it is unused. All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided for the item’s status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Thrive Health Solutions is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. We strongly advise adding additional insurance through the carrier for the full amount of your purchase to cover loss, damage, or mishandling of your package. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Outside of the Continental US.
